Mexican entrepreneur Raúl Rocha Cantú made a video presentation announcing the Mexico as Host country for The 73RD Miss Universe in Grand Finale & Coronation Show in San Salvador.

Last time Mexico hosted the 56th Miss Universe 2007 at the Auditorio Nacional in Mexico City on Monday, May 28, 2007 with 77 Contestants. Japanese National Queen Riyo Mori became the winner and crowned Miss Universe 2007.
