Daniella Brant is crowned Miss Intercontinental England 2024

One of The Miss Intercontinental Great Britain 2024 pageant, Daniella Brant is crowned as new Miss Intercontinental England 2024 today on Saturday, May 4, 2024 at the end of final competition Streamed Live from at The Radlett Centre in Hertfordshire at Miss Atlantic United Kingdom Facebook Page. TV & Radio Presenter Aryana Neo @aryanapresenter has hosted the coronation show.

She succeeded Lana Taylor, Miss Intercontinental England 2023 and will represent England at the upcoming Miss Intercontinental 2024 pageant. She said after winning "Proudly, your Miss Intercontinental England 2024, Long post pending with thankyous & lots of mc flurries needed. Congratulations to each and every inspirational women who worked so hard & smashed it on stage tonight I am so proud of all of you! For now, it’s time sleep with my new title dreaming of my new journey and the opportunity I have to make a positive impact and carry on empowering young women in male dominated industries. WATCH THIS SPACE."

The contestants who competed for Miss Intercontinental Great Britain 2024 Crown are Carénè Heckroodt, Libby Smith, Mia Williams, Tracy Xu and Kathryn Fanshawe. An online voting was also run for fan favorite contestant by liking their photo on our social media platforms Instagram @missmissiongb & Facebook @MissMissionGreatBritain.

The Judges are:

Ashley Powell. At 29 years old Ashley from Sheffield has excelled in a range of different areas; winning Miss Great Britain at 18 years old, a bachelor of science degree in sport health & nutrition, a master scuba diver and works full time as a bus and coach driver.. this wonderful young lady truly has universal talents.

Ashley has proudly achieved multiple national pageant titles and high placements internationally:

Miss Scuba England/Ireland 2013

Miss Great Britain 2013

Miss Tourism World 2nd Runner up 

Miss International UK 2017

Miss International Europe

Miss Scuba UK 2020 - placing 4th at Miss Scuba International 

And the current Universal Woman Great Britain and Universal Woman Europe.

Melissa Fiona Rae: A 28 year old, following her dream, Rae is studying medicine to become a doctor. Alongside her studies as a medical student Melissa is a green energy business owner from Newcastle and is continuing her participation in pageantry as a Miss England finalist. Her pageant journey started when she won Miss Eco United Kingdom 21/22 and competed internationally.

She is passionate about traveling, languages, learning and actually is neurodivergent herself, being diagnosed with ADHD and a processing disorder. She wants to be a role model and give inspiration to those who are faced with barriers when learning and speaks over 8 languages conversationally. Not only this but she is also scuba certified!

Being an advocate for global sustainability she founded FAOI Uganda a non-profit organisation which helps provide water and food security through education as well as fundraising to build infrastructure such as wells and schools to an area where over 40,000 individuals and 6 schools in the Kampala region benefit. Her lifelong mission is to save water and save lives!

Brooke Smith has been in the pageant industry for 5 years. She was the previous Miss Intercontinental England 21/22. She’s continuing her pageant journey later this year at Miss International UK. Alongside pageantry Brooke works as a neonatal intensive care nurse and has established her own non-profit organisation dedicated to improving the health and wellbeing of children and families in the UK.

Ruth Wade is the director of International Junior Miss United Kingdom a National system which she brought to the UK in 2019 as she wanted to bring more opportunities to the younger generation within UK pageantry.

And the 11 year pageant journey comes to an end…Tonight I hand over my latest title of Miss Intercontinental Great Britain to the next winner 
Maybe I’ll return to pageants way in the future but for now it’s time to focus on work and the many other hobbies I have Pageants have been apart of my life for the last 11 years and I’m grateful for everything they’ve taught me and the confidence it has given me in life. If you’re ever thinking about doing one, just do it.

Personally, I love what Miss Intercontinental Great Britain can offer as a whole, including going to internationals with 2 other sister queens by your side (England, Scotland and Wales).

Miss Intercontinental Great Britain provides the best opportunity for self growth, networking and contributing to make a positive change. We have a very supportive director who helps guide and pursue our dreams.
