Thank you so much, Alabama, for 2 Years. 24 Months. 104 Weeks. 735 Days. It has been an honor to serve the beautiful state of Alabama, and I will forever love you. I am signing off, so for the last time, I am Miss Alabama 2019 & 2020, Tiara Pennington.

She was Miss University of Alabama. Pennington who was crowned Miss Alabama 2019 on Saturday, June 8, 2019 at Wright Center in Samford University, Birmingham. The judges panel was David Blackledge, Dolly Fox, Marlesa Grenier, Kim Wimmer and Earl Coleman.

The Top 5 & Runners up were Charity Bowden, Lindsay Fincher, Lauren Bradford, and Brooklyn Holt.

The Top 12 List included Caitlyn McTier, Reagan Handley, Lauren Bradford, Braidyn Lazenby, Lindsey Fincher, Charity Bowden, Lian Remley, Chandler Mordecai, Brooklyn Holt, Lillie-Ann Dawson and Kailee Montes with Tiara Pennington herself.

She handed over her reign to Miss Alabama 2021, Lauren Bradford few hours back on Saturday, June 12, 2021 at the pageant venue the Alabama Theatre in Birmingham.

She studied Political Science College Major in University of Alabama and purses her Social Impact Initiative: National Psoriasis Foundation and Psoriasis Take Action Alabama.

Pennington competed at the 93RD Miss America 2020 on Thursday, December 19, 2019 at the pageant venue Mohegan Sun, Uncasville, Connecticut where Camille Schrier of Virginia became Miss America 2020 and Tiara Pennington achieved Top 7 Placement along with Monica Thompson of Colorado.

The Helena native Pennington permed Classical Vocal, “Nessun Dorma" from Turandot at the Miss America Stage.

She was active in pageants since her teenage and achieved Miss Tennessee Valley's Outstanding Teen, Miss Shelby County's Outstanding Teen and Miss Alabama's Outstanding Teen 2016 at 17 competing as Miss Metropolitan's Outstanding Teen and her talent was Vocal, performing "Patriotic Medley" on Sunday, March 6, 2016 at B.B. Comer Memorial High School auditorium in Birmingham.

Later Pennington won Top 11 Miss America's Outstanding Teen 2017 placement at Linda Chapin Theatre in the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida on Saturday, August 6, 2016.

Current Status

The pageant queen Tiara Pennington has started studying at University of Alabama School of Law in 2022 and will complete in 2025.
