On next day of crowning Miss Alabama Teen USA 2019, Kalin Burt reacted "I am so blessed to say that I am your new Miss Alabama Teen USA!!!! I cannot wait to see what God has in store for this year. In 2017 she was placed 1st runner up to Miss Alabama Teen USA. In 2018 Burt competed as Miss Hoover Teen USA and became state crown holder heading to national stage in Reno.
